The Nomi AI platform is owned and operated by Glimpse.ai, Inc., a Maryland corporation. By accessing or using Nomi AI, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
2. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not use Nomi AI to violate the law, harm or harass another person, exploit minors, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent AI-generated content as a real person in order to deceive others.
3. AI companions and generated content
Nomi AI creates fictional AI companion experiences. Responses and generated media may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use, interpret and share generated content.

4. Subscriptions and payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription or other purchase. Available plans, prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the available account or platform controls. Refund rights may vary by location and purchase channel. 5. Content and intellectual property
Nomi AI and its original software, design, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to process that content, operate the service and provide the features you request.
6. Availability, suspension and liability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, improve the experience or meet legal obligations. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as Nomi AI evolves. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
