The Nomi AI platform is operated and maintained by Glimpse.ai, Inc., a Maryland corporation. This policy applies to Nomi AI websites, mobile applications, companion features and related services that link to it. It explains the categories of information we may handle, why we use them and the choices available to you.
Please avoid sharing passwords, payment-card details or personally identifiable information you do not want processed as part of your companion conversations. Review our safety and wellbeing guidance for additional boundaries.
2. Information we may collect
Account and contact information
Account registration may provide Nomi AI with the email address associated with your Google or Apple account, together with a name or pseudonym and your date of birth. Contact messages contain the information you choose to provide.
Companion and conversation information
We may process the prompts, messages, character settings, backstories, preferences, voice inputs, images and other content you choose to use so that Nomi AI can provide conversations, memory and creative features.
Technical and usage information
We may receive device, browser, IP address, log, diagnostic, security and interaction information needed to deliver, protect and improve the service. Session cookies and related technologies may support navigation, security and understanding how the service is used.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by payment providers or app platforms. We may receive transaction status, subscription and billing-related records without receiving complete payment-card details.
3. How information is used
We may use information to provide and personalize companion features, maintain memory and preferences, operate accounts and subscriptions, respond to support requests, secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, understand performance and meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers and data sharing

Nomi AI states that it does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. De-identified information may be used to understand and communicate broader service trends.

Except as stated in the current policy, personal information is not retained after account deletion. Information in training or communications archives, or information needed for a legal proceeding or order, may be subject to limited exceptions; archived training information is no longer attributable to you after deletion. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may be able to update account information, manage preferences, cancel a subscription or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on your location, additional rights may include restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
7. Adults only and policy changes
Nomi AI is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as features, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current published version.
